My 97 Pontiac Grand PRIX won't start..

Ran it out of gas and had to sit for a week
before I got money to put gas in it. I put
6gallons in, and it won't start.. it tries to
start, but won't.. sometimes it'll sound like
it's fixing to start but then just won't follow
through with it.. fuel is getting to the engine,
just not starting...

the fuel line is air bound put fuel in it from the fuel rail back real slow
