Thank you There is not a lot of room in there to get the lines out.
Well there is no problem to take the master cylinder out if it is in the way, but bench bleed the master cylinder before you put it back on. Try not to let the fluid run out of the master cylinder when you take it off.
I should warn you about the ABS control unit. You do not want to mess with that. Leave the brake lines attached to that. If you mess with the ABS unit you will not be able to bleed out the brake lines. It would require taking it to a shop in order to bleed this.
