Right front floor is wet and we have to add alittle coolent every week. is that a sign the heater core is bad.

Yes, especially if you detect an odor of engine coolant..or may not be core but a hose. If it's clean water that's A/C condensation not draining outside like it's supposed to, a different thing alltogether
