car won't start

Asked by Sep 18, 2016 at 04:13 PM about the 1996 Pontiac Grand Prix 2 Dr SE Coupe

Question type: General

Hello I have a 1996 grand prix and I just started
having an issue with this car yesterday. Because I
know nothing about auto parts or engines my car
will turn over like the radio and car would come on
but won't start. I was told it could be the account
compressor or a bad terminal wiring. I was
wondering could this be accurate? Or is that the
main problem?

Hmm, strange advice. Have the battery tested first to see if you have enough amps for the car to start. a weak battery could be the issue.

I just left auto zone and they said it could be the starter of the car
