chassis ground connection location on 95 grand prix

car shuts off when moving then
comes on not fuel related.

It has nothing to do with the ground. The alternator is providing power and it's grounded through the mounting bolts. The battery is sitting there, charged up and ready for the next engine start. --- I would suspect dirty contacts in the ignition switch, maybe bad coils when heated up, a relay dropping out, etc. - Something electrical that would kill the spark.
