Why would fuse to the ejectors keep blowing

Asked by Jun 26, 2014 at 02:08 PM about the 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix 4 Dr SE Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car turns over. Put in new fuse and it blows and stops gas to enter ejectors. It runs for a
second or two and the fuse blows

Most likely a wire is shorted, maybe caused by a little rodent that chewed on one of the injector wires. Check all the wires going to the injectors and trace it back to the ECM.
