I have bought 3 new power window switches for my 94 pontiac Grand prix the pin configuration on them are different from my factory one why

Are the aftermarket OE ones? Get the correct ones? Brand? Did you plug them in and see if they work?

Yes they are OE and yes I put them in to make sure
