I have 1993 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.1L that has power but will not turn over. It turned over very slowly and got it to turn over, shut it down and again but now will not turn over. Battery has power

Crank sensor, ignition module and
ECM were changed 4 years ago.  Is it
starter or sensor again?

What happens when you try to boost it off another car? If boosting works have a parts store or repair shop load test your battery. Make sure your battery connections are tight too.
