I have a 1992 pontiac grand prix. When I start my car the headlights (low and high beams) dashboard lights and the heat/blower will not work. Any suggestions?

Does the lights work when the car is not running?

There is likely a resetting breaker in that circuit that is failing. This is different from the fuses which should also be checked just to be sure.
