Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently replaced my battery and starter in my 04
grandam because she was having troubles
starting. I went to the dealership and they informed
me it was the starter thats why i replaced it. She is
still having problems. It will crank but will not turn
over and start.

What happens when you try to start it? Nothing at all or does the engine turn over but not start?

Turn the key on but not to start. Do you hear the hum of the fuel pump? If not the pump may be bad.
