HVAC blower does not turn on

Asked by Mar 12, 2017 at 06:19 PM about the 2004 Pontiac Grand Am SE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Mechanic replaced the resistor and the fan speeds worked but the blower would not go on when restarting the car. Tapping under the glove box area sometimes turns the blower on. But has stopped working.

Sounds like there is a bad ground to the blower motor.
