when I turn the head lights on the beam is always aiming down. I had adjusted them but nothing seems to help.

Check to make sure that the bulbs are installed correctly. If they're not that could be your problem. Double check that you are turning the adjusting screws and not the mounting screws. Use a blank wall for the adjustment. Park with the nose of your car about 25 feet from the wall and switch on the headlights. You'll be able to see the beams on the wall and you can adjust them accordingly. HTH. -Jim
