I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am every time I
make a right turn I hear a clicking sound
what could that be

This was happening to me too, unfortunately something went wrong with the fuel. I am in no way an expert but I drove my car from March 2016 to August. Until I had fuel problems: :
