Will the Pcv valve make my Car idle rough

I have a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am 3.4 liter v6 engine
and the car is idling below 1000 rpms, think white
smoke coming out the back kg the car, no power in
drive idles fine in park, and stalling out when the
gas pedal is pushed, also the car acts as though it
is not getting any fuel. What could be causing this
problem?

I would check the EGR valve

Thick white smoke coming out the exhaust is the classic sign of burning coolant, so basically the head gasket is shot. You have to perform a cylinder pressure test to determine if that is in fact your problem. That is why the car is not running properly.
