What causes car to choke out when you first take off?

Once car is started and you move car want to choke out like it does want to go..  Once
you give it gas a couple times it finally comes out of it and then runs fine.

Sounds like one of your sensors are out of specs, you my have to have the system checked with a live data unit so each sensor can be watched in real time to find out where the error is coming from.
