Rough Idle while on the brakes & sometimes won't go all the way in park so that the key will come out

My car has a really rough idle & shakes while
sitting still holding the brake. It has also just
started not wanting to go all the way in Park, its
like its in Park (not moving) but when I go to turn
the ignition off it will not turn all the way off so that
the key will come out. Any suggestions or
educated guesses of what this could be or what is
causing it?
