Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I went out to start car and when I did the car reved up high and the tachometer
went out ,traction control light and service engine. The car will also die and not
turn over for a bit then turn over and not fire. Also I am hearing a rapid clicking
coming from the fuel pump relay.I changed the ignition and it is still doing the
same thing. Occasionally it will go back to normal and all gages work and lights
go out but not for long. Also disconnected the BCM and it was doing the same
thing with it unplugged. Should I get another one anyhow or  could it be the
brain? Just bought the car for my daughter as is and need a solution.
