is my coolant leaking?

All of my hoses and everything on the antifreeze rank is intact, but when i
pour antifreeze in the tank it quickly disappears and then starts to pour on the
belts close to it. i dont know whats wrong

You have a leak somewhere, and I can't see it from here. Have a mechanic look at it. He'll find the leak and provide an estimate for repairs.

water pump could be shot or a hose is broken... check all that and the pump weep hole.
