Can you get it to move at all?

Yea it drives

Ok then it highly likely that the ISC unit has failed and is not opening up when idle demands increase.

Oh ok! Is that a bad thing

Not real bad, it can be a little hard on engine and tranny mounts, sometimes a good cleaning can eliminate some of the symptoms. It might be a good idea as you can drive it to get the codes pulled from the ECM, most any good parts store can pull them for you and usually at no charge.
