ever since i bought the car a month ago the
foglights havent worked. i checked the bulbs and
they are new sylvania blue bulbs. when i click the
switch to turn them on the little red light on the
button lights up then there is a single click (like
signal light) coming from passenger side dash. an
lights will not come on. is it a wiring problem?

The click your hearing could be the fog light relay, but if the lights don't work after the click either the relay is bad or there is and open circuit in the fog light wiring, on some models the BCM controls the system, but I am not sure on yours, it might be too old, I will check my book tomorrow in the AM and get back to you.

The fog lights will only come on with the low beam headlights turned on. HTH. -Jim

There is a signal to the BCM but that where it stops, its just a signal to tell the computer than the fog lights are on, so turn on the key make sure the headlights are on low beam turn on the fog lights and they should come on, when you switch the high beams on the fog lights will turn off, switch back to low beams and they should again turn on, I am showing two systems, 1 system shows that if you turn off the headlights with the fog lights on they will cancel the fog lights and they will go out, the other system shows that if you turn off the headlights with the fog lights on they will stay on until the key is shut off or you manually turn them off. HTH

umm im thinking its the relay... umm an im aware that they will only work with low beams on... thanks alot on quick responses!!!
