What can cause my car to miss

Spark plugs, coils, injectors, leaking valves, low fuel pressure, ignition wires if equipped, ECM. On this model you should get a check engine light during the miss, so it will set a code that can aide you in diagnosis.

Ditto what tennisshoes said plus: spark plug wires and bad gasoline.

Urea is a new diesel emission fluid, so if you can smell it then look for a leak in the holding tank.
