scan for codes even if the light ain't on , may be the catalytic is clogged , have someone hit the gas and see if there's a healthy blast from the exhaust .let us know what happens

I know it smells like it's flooding after I kill the car I can smell it

then you may have an injector stuck open , you should get a fuel pressure gauge and see if it's right , shot in the dark you can replace the fuel pressure regulator if the injectors are good , clean the AIC port but first you should scan for codes

We're can I get a decent code reader or is it better just to take it to a dealer

I've heard of a phone app. and plug in that goes with it , of course you can always bring it to a shop , what they charge would pay for the $70** I bought , depending on where you are parts stores may have loaners , it's up to you

Ok think I figured it out coil housing is cracked you can see where it has arked think I'll see what happens after I change that and the coil

the devil is in the details , I've seen a mechanic spray ignition parts with a water bottle to see what arcs , wires ,coils . Every little thing helps it run that much better
