Car won't start after tune-up and fuel filter change

Once i try to start it my car will turn over but
not start plugs and wires are correct but still
no start like it has no gas

Are you sure the correct spark plug wires are going to each cylinder?

Yes all are correct

And when it try to start it makes a puff sound when it cuts off

I would double check the wires.

If you are getting a good spark and you are sure the lead wires are attached to the correct plugs, investigate your fuel filter installation. Maybe there is a blockage that is preventing fuel flow or your fuel pump has died.

Pump is good it comes on
