Hello, I unfortunately have been unable to find one of these online for you. You have a couple of options. First, call your local Pontiac dealer and see if they can send you one. Second, buy a manual on eBay. Here is a link to a search to get you started: http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&from=R10&submitsearch=Search&satitle=1999+grand+am+manual&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=ZIP%2FPostal&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1&fsoo=1 Best of luck! I replaced the whole lighter, I thought it may be a fuse, But I don't know where the fuse is for the lighter, there was none in either panel inside the car.
