1998 automatic grand am with 2.4 wont start
I was driving to work car just shutoff and i couldn't even tell until i tried turning into my parking space and the power steering was out and all dash lights were on. I put new starter crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor. still no crank. if anyone can help me please do. Would be nice.
Check starter relay and starter and igntion fuses. next check battery cables and grounds. Get it scanned for codes if possible.
i have checked all the above i put new coil packs and ignition control module. checked plugs and 3rd cyclinder p;ug looked like it was bent with pliers. was not getting a spark from it. i got a friend to try to crank the car and there is a knocking noise coming from the timing side of the motor so i dont know anymore. i think i need a new motor.
