97 grand prix my rear passenger tire is leaning in towards the top its rubbing hard i already replaced the shock wit a brand new one yet tire is still leaning in this all happened wen i ran speedbump

After i ran over a speed bump my rear passenger tire on my pontiac grand am GT 4 door
is leaning in from the top my tire rub n i smelt it burning i replaced the shock yet it still is
leaning and from behind the car you can clearly see the spring hangin lower compared to
the the rear driver side sum1 help me plz last mechanic told me the axle is bent yet the
shop told me these cars dont hav axles in the Back
