You should be able to hear the fuel pump run when you turn the key to the "On" position. If you don't hear it humming, check the fuse. If the fuse is good, it either a bad ignition switch or a bad fuel pump. --- How do you know that it's not getting spark? Is it the V6 with the exposed plug wires? A 1997 vehicle should be on it's third battery.

when you do put your new battery in assure the ground connection to the frame and chassis is present and connections are free of corrosion, also check the ground 1/0 battery cable to the engine- of course the red terminal has to be clean as well-

the moter turns its not the battery

Is there anyone that knows anything about this problem

why am I insulted? they don't pay me enough to do this.

Every problem is unique. Since the motor spins, try some starting fluid to see if it a fuel delivery problem or lack of spark.
