How do you remove the seat belt from a 1995 Grand Am

I bought a new door and it does not have a seat belt.  The guy said I could put my old one on.  How do I remove it from the anchor?

Do you have the right Torx to remove the bolt, T50? If so, heat up the bolt till red hot and use PB blaster and a cheater/breaker bar to remove.
