Probably need to check fuel pressure, need to know what size engine you have...

Ok, I don't see your post here but it is in my e-mail. For a 2.3 "94" Pontiac engine, fuel pressure should be 30 to 44 psi. At a dead head check it should be 47 psi. min. You mentioned something about vacuum lines, a gross leak may cause your problem, otherwise causes a lean condition and throws codes on the problem. Check all vacuum lines for cracks & replace as necessary.
