can you mate up a series 1 3800 tpi to a getreg 282 manual from a 3.1l v6

hi there i am wondering how hard it would be to do a complete power-train swap on my
92 grand am i have a good running 3800 series 1 V6 at my disposal (have the whole,
car that is a right off) I've done a bit of my homework and found out the bell-housing is
the same on the fwd 90 degree V6 as the fwd 60 degree V6 so i don't believe that
would be an issue, however clutch and flywheel i'm not sure about.
also wiring and computer not sure about.
any information is helpful thanks

oh also i know that the torque rating is 200 ft lbs and that my engine pushes out 225 ft pounds however due to the factor of safety i dont feel that should be an issue
