I have a 1990 Grand Am and my headlights won't come on.....looked in the fuse panel under the dash and there is not a fuse marked headlights.....is there another fuse panel?

I started home, after dark, and my headlights would not come on.....high nor low beam....
my running lights, break lights, dash lights, and everything else is working fine.

Sounds like a fuseable link down by the starter has burned out. HTH. -Jim
