1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3 has full battery charge, no blown fuses found. Makes single click around the bottom of the engine when ignition is engaged. Can it be something besides the starter

Unless it's an old battery, or getting close to it's lifetime limit of 3-5 years, my only guess would be the starter.
