My 99 Plymouth Grand Voyager won't start, will start when starting fluid is sprayed into the injector. Fuel pump works, relay is good fuses are good....????help

Check power going to fuel injectors with a noid light. If no pulse check the ( PCM )

low start fuel pressure/weak pump/change fuel filter..
