starter keeps turning after engine is runing

Car starts and the starter keeps spinning

You are going to have to look at the solenoid/starter. The bendix is being thrown out but not coming back so the starter motor is staying engaged to the running engine. very hard on your starter to whip around engaged after the engine has started
