Check your transmission fluid level, it's probably low. Because the transcooler is part of the radiator cooling system and sometimes the lines breaks. Do not drive the car anymore until you get this fixed as coolant is now able to travel into your transmission. You will need to replace the radiator, flush the transmission fiuld, and flush the cooling system. Hopefully the transmission is not compromised.
