Car won't start, can spark plugs not be in right?

I had someone replace the spark plugs, and after they replaced them the car has been
unable to start. I need help with maybe a diagram of some sort showing me how to
correctly have them.

Who changed the plugs, a friend? Sounds like one of your spark plug wires is not hooked up properly or maybe didn't get the firing order correct. Search for firing order for your car on the internet, you will find some diagrams.
