i have a blown morot in my cutlass supreme. i am looking at replacing the 3.1L motor. What years and other cars could i pull a motor out of and put it into my cutlass? This is for dirt track racing. it can be no larger than a 3.1L motor. Someone please help me.

the 3100 in the 1994-1996 Cutlass Supremes are the most powerful 3.1 V6 gm made, so its probably your best bet. these engines can go forever as long as you dont let it overheat and make sure the head gasket isnt blown. installing a 160* thermostat will do it alot of good.
