Where can I find the center part that secures the wire rim?

If you check your local GM dealer they may be able to get the part also.
Are you looking for lug nuts? If so pop those stupid fake wheel covers off with a hammer and toss them into the trash because that's exactly what they are, you could also use a pry bar if your not the violent type.....
