oil leak in radiator, seems it has been doing this for about 2 years, cause?

The usually cause is a bad headgasket. Get it fixed sooner than later.

2 things, the said headgasket could be bad or if your radiator has an oil cooler it may have rused through to it and is mixing coolant with oil. This will cause serious damage to the engine if coolant has gotten into the oil supply
