How do i get the tube seals.back in the valve cover,  
3.0 montero sport, Mitsubishi

You have to remove the entire intake plenum to get to the valve cover remove the valve cover and the o rings go inside Of the valve cover onto each one of the spark plug Wells. While you're there change the valve cover gasket and maybe your PCV valve say don't have to do it all over again
