Have you tried disconnecting the battery completely and then reattaching it. It's like rebooting your computer at home. Sometimes it works. Worth a try.

Have you tried removing the fuse that the alarm is connected to?

Flowers and wine might help.

Pull the anti-theft's fuse, turn the car to on, put the fuse back in, start car. It takes a few tries to get the timing just right.
