When you open the hood, you'll see a black, plastic housing against the firewall. Your wiper components are located within. It looks overwhelming but it's more bulky to work with than anything. Not sure which switch TopShade Tree is referring to but if you mean the Multifunction Switch (Turn, High Beam, wiper) - you're most likely incorrect. All of the run, park and delay electronics are within the wiper motor itself. The Multifunction switch is merely a low-power control for the electronics in the wiper motor. raceracers is right in looking to the Wiper Motor.
