2003 Mercury Grand Marquis middle vents doesn't blow anything

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis. My defrost and floor
vents work, but the middles vents doesn't blow anything.
Also my vehicle gets cold but it seems as if the cold air
escapes. I have electrical controls no knobs. Any
suggestions to the problem?

Some electrical testing may need to be done, the HVAC control module or the HVAC blend door actuator could be bad, or there is a problem with the blend door itself. This just has to be looked at to determine the problem. As far as heat, either the thermostat needs replacing, or there is a problem with the HVAC Heater Control Valve in the heater hose.
