brake lights out

The brake lights and my right turn signal
stopped working in my car, it's not the fuses
or brake switch they have already been
replaced any ideas of what this could be

Turn signal switch is messing up, sometimes the 4 way button can get a little sticky, try turning it on and off a few times, make sure the lights externally work, then make sure it is off and try they the brake and turn signals, if they still are not working then replace the turn signal switch.
