My 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis always blow hot air out. What is the problem
My 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis had a clicking sound with the switch on of heater
blowing, AC or vent.... at beginning time and then it quit but now I only get really hot air
blowing out. Even when I put it on A/C, Max A/C, Vent, etc. Also, changing the
temperature setting doesn't change the workings. It is just always really hot air. The only
way to stop it is turn it all off. What is the problem?
Sounds like the motor that moves the temp door (from hot to cold air) under the dash is bad. HTH. -Jim
