Why does my car keep shutting down every so often?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

While I'm driving my car shuts down as if I don't
have power to engine every so often. The only
code that a shop can read o's a cylender head
temp sensor but they state that's not why it's
shutting down. Can someone help me pls? I have a
new intake manifold, water pump, alternator,
cylenders and a new battery ( all new) what else
could it be?

You have to say what happens exactly. Which dash lights stay on, and so on. I'd replace the fuel pump relay just in case. There are real-time scanners that can be going while driving, some send to a smart phone. Could the fuel pump be going bad? Changed the fuel filter?
