1999 mercury grand marquis

I have a miss in my engine at idle more
profound driving on rd like a bad plug wire i
changed plugs coil pack fuel filter cleaned
out throttle body other stuff car is using
more gas now because of slight miss i been
a mechanic for over 40 years can't figure it
out any idea please help

Maybe check the compression. A low cylinder will cause a miss.

also clean mass air flow sensor and pcv valve, must use the proper spray
