I turn on the heat and my windshield fogs up(even with the defroster on) and it smells like anitfreeze

Classis symptoms of a failed heater core which is located on the passenger side under the dash. Dash removal is necessary to replace.

Bad news, tough job. You could block it off, but no heater till you fix it.
