Can you hear the fuel pump prime?

Aftermarket car alarm? I cant stress anymore to people, how installing one, is worse than russian roulet.

had this problem and after paying a LOT of money to "experts" who had no clue, I finally found out it was the alarm system had gone bad and disabled the ignition and fuel pump. Took the alarm system off and all is well.
