The air conditioner will not blow cold in my grand marquis. It has freon and the
compressor kicks on, it just won't blow cold.

Does one of the a/c lines get cold under the hood? If so, you may have a problem with the blend door which is in behind the glove box.

Automatic climate control, or manual? It's probably the blend door if it's automatic. Check those hose temps.
